Real Estate Accountant

• Follow the company's established accounting processes
• Reviews the accounting transactions for accounts contract. Verifies that transactions are properly authorized. Monitors expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budget amounts and reviews transactions for accuracy.
• Support accounts payable/receivable activities to ensure accuracy and recording
• Perform monthly bank settlements and reconciliations
• Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
• Manage preparation of reporting tool month-end closings data load, verification, and report updates for market reporting
• Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions

Required Skills

• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience
• Prior real estate experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• To lead and manage all services such as cleaning, waste disposal, pest control, and cleaning consumable supply.
• To performance manage, develop and train cleaning staff, ensuring maximum utilization of the team and regular tracking of performance against target set.
• To conduct and document daily and weekly facilities inspections, communicating findings and developing action plans as a result of these findings.
• Supervise the daily activities of team.
• To respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and call center requests.
• Report to Facilities Engineer on work progress and issues on a daily basis.
• Compile daily inspection checklist to monitor standard of work and completion to the schedule.

• Inspect and oversee facilities to resolve problems
• Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed
• Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans.
• Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staffs.
• Inspect and maintaining the building systems .
• Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipments.
• Keep in check and regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures. 
• Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed.
• Approving maintenance strategy including monthly reporting and KPI validation
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations.

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of different building systems.
