DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property and finding potential buyers/tenants for your network.

Achieving all Sales/Leasing targets set by management which can be amended from time to time.

Deciding the method of sale, costs and inspection times with the property owner or seller.

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers and provide purchase offers to sellers while obtaining all documents required.

Calling prospective leads generated from your network as well as assigned to by CRM

Calling prospective clients to list new properties

Locating and inspecting appropriate properties for sale/rent.

Update Property listing and manage Property leads on CRM.

Create lists for real estate sale properties on, with accurate information location, features, square footage, etc

Arranging property viewings and counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages while updating lead status and task activities on CRM.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property.
• Valid Qatar driver license.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources to include but not limited to: calls, Internet sources, Expired listings, Open Houses, Just listed/sold, Past clients, and Listing inquiries.
• Build rapport with sellers, listen, solve problems, overcome objections.
• Manage leads and stay organized using our internal CRM.
• Chase deals until they are either closed, dead or turned into qualified appointments.
• Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists.
• Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
• Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
• Analyze market pricing and trends and recommend a reserve or minimum selling price while developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.

 

Qualifications:

• Prior Sales experience.
• Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills.
• Selling and Negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Holding a valid driving license.
